1. Who these terms apply to

JuniorPreneurs Club (JP Club) is a community for young people aged 9-17 from EO and YPO families. Its purpose is belonging, friendship, confidence, perspective and independence. These terms govern a parent’s or legal guardian’s free application for a child to be considered for a Forum. They do not create a paid membership or confirm a Forum place.

JP Club is operated by Junior-Prenuers Club Pty Ltd. Address: 2 Ncondo Place, uMhlanga, Durban, South Africa. Contact: highfive@jpclub.org. EO and YPO identify the intended audience; no endorsement or partnership is implied.

2. Registration and eligibility

The person submitting must be at least 18, be the child’s parent or legal guardian and have lawful authority to provide the information and authorisation requested. Please provide accurate information and tell us about changes. Submit one application for each child.

The age groups are Discover (9-11), Explore (12-14) and Choose (15-17). Registration can be reviewed if a child changes age group before placement. Forum eligibility is for EO and YPO families; we may seek proportionate evidence of parental authority, age or organisation membership before placement. An application from another family is an enquiry and does not establish eligibility.

3. What happens after registration

We record the application, communicate with the parent and consider potential age-appropriate Forum options. Registration is not an offer of membership, a reservation, admission to a session or a promise of placement by a particular date. Availability, age mix, location, time zones and suitability may affect an offer. A staff member reviews placement; registration alone does not make an automated placement decision.

If a suitable Forum can be offered, the parent will receive its arrangements, applicable participation and safeguarding information, price and any payment terms before deciding whether to accept. The parent may decline without a registration charge.

4. No charge or billing authorisation

Registration is free. This form does not collect card details, initiate a subscription or authorise a charge. No payment becomes due merely because you register or receive a placement offer. Billing can begin only after you accept a Forum placement and separately agree to the applicable payment terms and any required payment mandate.

Prices, currency, taxes, discounts, renewal frequency, cancellation and refund rights will be disclosed in the placement offer. There is no automatic sibling-discount promise under these registration terms. Optional experiences or events require their own information and agreement.

5. Your child’s information

The Privacy Policy explains the data requested, why we need it, who may receive it, retention and your rights. The form asks for explicit parental authorisation for the child’s information. That authorisation does not permit marketing, publication of a child’s image or recording of sessions. Those activities require their own lawful basis and, where needed, separate optional consent.

Please do not enter medical information, identity documents, safeguarding allegations or other sensitive details into the registration form. Ask the team for an appropriate route if such information is necessary. A child should not submit this form independently.

6. Withdrawing or correcting an application

You can withdraw at any time without a cancellation or administration fee by emailing highfive@jpclub.org from the registered parent address. Include only enough information for us to identify the application. We may take proportionate steps to verify authority before changing or disclosing a child’s record. Retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Safeguarding and respectful contact

Contact with the club must be respectful and lawful. The Safeguarding Policy explains how to raise concerns. Registration does not give children direct access to other members or facilitators. Do not share other families’ personal information without lawful authority.

8. Service issues and responsibility

If the form fails or you do not receive acknowledgement, contact the team; do not assume that a place has been allocated. We will take reasonable care in administering applications. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No liability limit based on registration fees applies under these free-registration terms.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update the registration process or these terms. Changes will be dated and will not retrospectively authorise charges or expand consent. If a material change affects an existing application, we will provide notice and seek fresh agreement or authorisation where required. Continuing to hold an application does not itself authorise a new purpose or payment.

South African law applies, subject to mandatory rights and lawful regulatory or court remedies available to you in another applicable jurisdiction. Contact highfive@jpclub.org to raise a complaint; these terms do not require you to waive a right to approach a regulator or court.
